With the SEPAssistant, z-werk offers a solution for realizing collective debits or collective transfers using the SEPA procedure. It has a similar range of functions to the Windows desktop application SEPAmacher, which has been used successfully by numerous clubs and companies for several years. The program originated from the motivation that it is generally sufficient for small clubs to carry out the member administration in the form of a table within a spreadsheet such as OpenOffice.Calc or Microsoft Excel. SEPAssistant makes it possible to create a SEPA file from such a table without much effort, which can then be used to collect direct debits from the bank. In just four steps, the user is guided through the creation process from the Excel or CSV raw file to the finished XML-SEPA file. This file can then be processed by programs such as SFirm or Starmoney, or uploaded to online banking portals.
